This week's challenge is to journal all of your food and exercise. My favorite way to do this is through the My Fitness Pal app (available for both Android and Apple) or myfitnesspal.com. This is super helpful, super easy and tells you how many calories you should be eating each day. If you decide to go this route, please invite me to be your friend on it! ReplyDeleteWow...great job everybody! It looks like I need to kick it up a little more this week!!! I use spark people.com to track my food and fitness....it's also a great website. I'm not sure if you can use it on your phone though.
